2. Start by mixing together your dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and baking soda. Make sure you sift them.
3. Crush some garlic. We did it old school style in mortar pestle
4. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, milk, curd, cream and melted butter. Add garlic, oregano and chilli flakes to this.
5. Time for some cheese! This is 200 grams of cheddar.
6. Add the cheese to the egg mixture, together with the other dry ingredients + salt, pepper and jalapeños.
7. Mix (do not over mix!) 6-7 times and transfer them to a muffin sheet which is already brushed with some butter.
8. Bake for 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven (180 degree Celsius) until they look like this
9. Immediately brush with some butter and serve.
